ATM has introduced new fulfillment and inventory capabilities across its U.S. retail network to support the continued rise of eCommerce demand and replenish-driven store operations.
ATM partnered with HotWax Commerce to implement a centralized Order Management System (OMS) that provides real-time inventory visibility across stores and warehouse locations. With this foundation, the brand launched Ship From Store, enabling stores to fulfill online orders locally and reducing dependence on warehouse-only shipping. This approach helps balance inventory across locations and shortens delivery timelines for customers.
HotWax Commerce also powers automated pre-order management for ATM. When pre-order items come into stock, orders are released for fulfillment automatically, eliminating manual monitoring and improving launch execution for seasonal product introductions.
On the technology side, the OMS integrates with ATM’s Infor M3 enterprise resource planning (ERP) to synchronize product, inventory, and order data across channels. The OMS also integrated with carrier networks such as FedEx and Salesforce POS to support store sales and clienteling workflows.
The solution additionally supports financial reconciliation between eCommerce and ERP. Sales, returns, and appeasement data are aligned across systems, providing finance teams with reliable and consistent reporting during monthly closes.
Anil Patel, CEO at HotWax Commerce, said, “ATM has built a reputation for timeless design and premium craftsmanship. We’re excited to partner with them as they bring the same attention to detail to how inventory and orders flow across channels.”
