Assigning Hard Counts:

Operations teams can assign hard counts to individual facilities or groups of facilities. For example, selecting an outlet stores facility group will assign hard counts to all stores within the group.

The “Auto assign to store” option eliminates the need for manual intervention by automatically pushing cycle counts from the "Created" status to the "Assigned" status, so that they are instantly allocated to the selected facilities.
Performing Hard Counts:

Hard counts are labeled clearly on the store's Cycle Count App dashboard for easy identification.

Every scanned product is immediately added to the count list.

When rescanning a product, store associates can choose to:
I. Override the Existing Count: Replace the previous count with the new one (example, replacing 3 units with 7).
II. Add To the Existing Count: Add the new count to the previous total (example, 3 + 7 = 10 units).

Matched products from the HotWax OMS populate with product images and details. For unmatched items, store associates can use the manual match option to link the product and save the count.
