HotWax Commerce’s March updates introduce improved tracking for returns and exchanges, a new flow for auto-approving orders with built-in checks, gift card activation from the BOPIS App, and the all-new Transfers App, a dedicated platform for managing transfer orders.

HotWax Commerce February product updates include real-time Shopify integration flows, ability to view item fulfillment statues in OMS, order routing test drive to validate order brokering rules in the Order Routing App, and a revamped Import App that provides a unified place to handle all approaches for manually importing inventory into OMS.

HotWax Commerce’s January updates bring new updates, including better compatibility of HotWax’s inventory rules with Shopify’s order routing, the introduction of Weighted Average Cost reports, improved Cycle Count App performance, a revamped Order Details Page in the BOPIS App, and the addition of COD details in the Fulfillment App.

HotWax Commerce’s December updates include a revamped Re-Route Fulfillment App, an option to learn more about jobs in the Job Manager App, extended ability to view uploaded cycle count files along with logs for up to 24 hours, and a new hard count feature to assign cycle counts for all items across facilities in one go.

HotWax Commerce's November updates include the ability to exclude orders and inventory filters in the Order Routing App, scrolling and auto-save features in the Cycle Count App, a new Rejection page and collateral rejection feature in the Fulfillment App.

HotWax Commerce’s October 2024 updates offer enhanced access controls, precise inventory syncing by location, centralized BOPIS settings, and advanced order routing options.

HotWax Commerce September product updates feature improved customer communication with post-purchase shipment status notifications and new Fulfillment App capabilities, including direct gift card activation and the ability to generate shipping labels from the preferred carrier.

HotWax Commerce August product updates include a new version of the Cycle Count App for improved directed count and the ability to sequence facilities within a facility group for order routing.

HotWax Commerce's July product updates include Reorder Management Reports and an enhanced user interface in the Fulfillment app, featuring improved kit product visibility, and options for partial or complete order rejection.
