Product Releases and Updates

In the September 2025 release, HotWax Commerce OMS updates fetching and updating of tags to Shopify’s GraphQL Admin API, adds custom validation for instant approval, and enables orphan returns from Shopify. The release also brings updates to the Fulfillment, Order Routing, Receiving, and Users Apps.

In the August 2025 release, the OMS inventory page now shows both applied and total safety stock. One-click Shopify store disable, along with new features in Fulfillment, Cycle Count, and Facility Apps.

HotWax Commerce July 2025 Release adds real-time order tag sync from Shopify, faster ATP rules, and updated inventory logs with new ATP and QOH values. The release also improves performance across Fulfillment and Receiving Apps.

HotWax Commerce's June product update includes a new export for all pre-orders linked to a purchase order, controlled access for changing the shipping method on an order during fulfillment, and support for searching by parent product in the Cycle Count App to make product search easier.

HotWax Commerce's May Product Update includes Google Maps links of stores on PDPs for BOPIS orders, an automatic cycle count trigger  when an order is rejected, support for printing shipping labels in Zebra Programming Language (ZPL) format, the ability to configure NetSuite related settings directly through the Company App, and support for NetSuite related jobs in the Job Manager App.

HotWax Commerce April Product Update includes carrier selection based on shipping method and facility, exporting products at a location by applying the facility filter, and the option to create Transfer Orders directly from the Fulfillment App.

HotWax Commerce’s March updates introduce improved tracking for returns and exchanges, a new flow for auto-approving orders with built-in checks, gift card activation from the BOPIS App, and the all-new Transfers App, a dedicated platform for managing transfer orders.

HotWax Commerce February product updates include real-time Shopify integration flows, ability to view item fulfillment statues in OMS, order routing test drive to validate order brokering rules in the Order Routing App, and a revamped Import App that provides a unified place to handle all approaches for manually importing inventory into OMS.

HotWax Commerce’s January updates bring new updates, including better compatibility of HotWax’s inventory rules with Shopify’s order routing, the introduction of Weighted Average Cost reports, improved Cycle Count App performance, a revamped Order Details Page in the BOPIS App, and the addition of COD details in the Fulfillment App.

HotWax Commerce’s December updates include a revamped Re-Route Fulfillment App, an option to learn more about jobs in the Job Manager App, extended ability to view uploaded cycle count files along with logs for up to 24 hours, and a new hard count feature to assign cycle counts for all items across facilities in one go.

HotWax Commerce's November updates include the ability to exclude orders and inventory filters in the Order Routing App, scrolling and auto-save features in the Cycle Count App, a new Rejection page and collateral rejection feature in the Fulfillment App.

HotWax Commerce’s October 2024 updates offer enhanced access controls, precise inventory syncing by location, centralized BOPIS settings, and advanced order routing options.

HotWax Commerce September product updates feature improved customer communication with post-purchase shipment status notifications and new Fulfillment App capabilities, including direct gift card activation and the ability to generate shipping labels from the preferred carrier.

HotWax Commerce August product updates include a new version of the Cycle Count App for improved directed count and the ability to sequence facilities within a facility group for order routing.

HotWax Commerce's July product updates include Reorder Management Reports and an enhanced user interface in the Fulfillment app, featuring improved kit product visibility, and options for partial or complete order rejection.

HotWax Commerce June product updates includes feature to process returns without Order IDs, ability to schedule inventory restocking , and new Company App for managing product stores.

HotWax Commerce May product updates include new ATP app for retailers to manage ATP computation and ability to manage multi currency sales orders and returns.

HotWax Commerce's November-December updates introduced multiple Configuration pages for user autonomy and a new facility management app tailored for seamless online fulfillment management from facilities.

HotWax Commerce's August release includes support for SAML-based Single Sign-On and customizable job parameters that allow merchandisers to set up jobs based on their unique business requirements.

July updates include an improved version of Fulfillment app, a brand new Pre-Order catalog to check status and reasons for listing/delisting of  pre-order items. Also added support for Shopify’s new fulfillment Orders API.
