Users can now click the “Learn More” button on job cards in the Job Manager App to view summarized job details, along with an option to view detailed documentation.

HotWax Commerce’s Job Manager App is designed to handle scheduling and monitoring of various workflows for orders, products, inventory and more. Multiple teams use this app to manage running jobs, monitor job statuses, schedule new jobs, and address issues such as job failures.

To improve accessibility to job-specific details, the app now provides a “Learn More” button on every job card. This addition addresses a common challenge: team members may not always be familiar with the purpose or functionality of every job.

Here’s how the “Learn More” button improves usability:

  • Summarized Job Details: Provides a concise AI generated overview of the selected job’s purpose and key functions directly within the app.

  • Access to Detailed Documentation: Offers a link to the relevant section in the HotWax Commerce documentation for deeper insights into the job’s purpose and functionality.
