Published **May 29, 2025** Type **Product Update** Author **Aditya Patel** Retailers running large-scale operations depend on ERP systems to manage finance, inventory, and fulfillment.  But configuring these systems often involves navigating complex, scattered settings. To provide a unified experience HotWax Commerce has introduced a dedicated NetSuite page in the Company App—giving retailers one unified space to manage all NetSuite related configurations effortlessly. What does the NetSuite page offer? 1\. Statistics: Retailers can view orders, customers, and products pending sync with their NetSuite and take action accordingly. 2\. Configurations: • SFTP: Set up and manage SFTP credentials directly from the UI. • Product Store: Allow the user to configure a subsidiary ID against a product store to set as an external ID for that product store. 3\. Product And Inventory: Map variance reasons to be included in NetSuite sync and define transfer locations for variance types that require stock movement. 4\. Orders and Fulfillment: • Payment Method: Retailers can easily map payment methods between the ERP and OMS with a single click. • Price Levels: Configure pricing structures based on service-level agreements using built-in mapping options. • Discounts: Set up discount mappings with two options to link the ERP’s internal IDs. • Departments: Map departments at the facility level in the ERP to track demand origin. • Sales Channel: Link each sales channel to its corresponding ID within the ERP. With this update, NetSuite setup becomes centralized.
