The Cycle Count App’s interface adapts based on the user role. Admins and the operations team can direct and assign cycle counts across different stores, while store associates focus on scanning and counting products efficiently within the store. The latest update introduces improvements to support both groups.

Updates for Admins

  • Search Counts at Any Stage: Counts can now be searched by name at any stage, and admins can view all available counts with auto paginating scroll, making it easier to locate specific counts.

  • View Item Status for Reassigned Counts: When counts are reassigned to store associates, accepted and rejected statuses are now visible on items in the assigned counts, eliminating the need to switch between tabs and improving tracking.

Updates for Store Associates

  • Delete Unmatched Products: Store associates can now remove unmatched products from the count list when a scanned faulty barcodes that do not correspond to a product, helping maintain an accurate list.

  • Retain Unmatched Product: Previously, unmatched products would disappear if the store associate switched screens without saving the count. Now, these products remain in the count list until an action is taken, allowing better control over manual matching.
