The bulk upload cycle count feature enables the operations team to upload a CSV file to create and assign cycle counts for multiple products across various locations.
Previously, uploaded CSV files were only accessible for a few minutes after upload. With this update, teams can view uploaded count files for up to 24 hours. The displayed statuses, such as pending, processing, processed, cancelled or error, provide clarity on the current progress of the uploaded file.
In addition, detailed error messages for issues like invalid data or incorrectly mapped fields are displayed, alongside a direct link to the upload guide in HotWax’s documentation. Teams can also download the uploaded file, enabling faster troubleshooting and resolution.
This enhancement in the Cycle Count App improves visibility into uploaded counts and simplifies error handling.
