HotWax Commerce is an enterprise omnichannel order management system that powers how leading fashion and retail brands sell, fulfill, and serve customers across every channel. Working alongside these brands around the world showed us that the success we help build comes with a chance to give back, to the planet and to the people behind the products we move. We measure that success not just in orders fulfilled, but in a healthier environment and stronger communities.

A tree for everyone we meet

For every person and retailer we meet, we plant a tree on their behalf. The trees are planted through the Cauvery Calling reforestation program. A mature tree absorbs 10 to 20 kg of carbon dioxide per year, so every new connection adds up to a healthier planet. Over the next five years, we aim to plant more than 100,000 trees across India.

Turning waste into work

Non-biodegradable plastic is one of the world's hardest environmental problems. HotWax Commerce sources products made entirely from recycled plastic by artisans at Ecokaari. Each recycled product keeps plastic out of landfills and creates income for the people who make it. Daily more than 150 kg of plastic gets recycled by this initiative.

Lower carbon footprint

The biggest difference we can make is through the retailers we serve. Routing each order to the right location reduces extra and split shipments, which lowers emissions across our customers' operations. We also contribute on our customers' behalf toward carbon reduction programs. Correct order routing typically reduces carbon emissions by 10%-30%.

Creating opportunity through craft

In India, artisan communities have made handwoven stoles, bangles, and other handcrafted pieces for generations. What they often lack is steady demand that values the work. HotWax Commerce sources these products and brings them to the retailers and partners around the world, a small way of backing fashion that is sustainable and made by hand. The result is steady income for artisan households, crafts that stay alive, and a direct link between makers and a global audience.
