Introducing the New Rejection Page

Store managers can now view a detailed analysis of order rejections from the newly added Rejection page in the Fulfillment App, enabling better tracking and informed decision-making.

In-store fulfillment also involves order rejections due to reasons such as out-of-stock items, damaged products, or operational constraints. Accurately tracking these rejections is important for store managers to identify rejection trends, address issues, and ultimately reduce the rejection rate.

To support better analysis of rejections, HotWax Commerce’s Fulfillment App now includes a Rejections page, offering:

  • The total count of rejections

  • A list of the most frequently rejected items

  • The most common reasons for rejection

  • All rejected order items

The Rejection page also allows store managers to filter rejection data for the past 24 hours or 7 days. Additionally, they can search for rejected items using Product SKUs or order details, making it easier to locate and understand specific rejections.

By consolidating rejection data in one place, store managers can quickly identify patterns and root causes of order rejections. This streamlined view also helps them implement targeted actions to improve inventory management and operational efficiency.
