Shopify recently rolled out blind returns that allows retailers to capture returns from customers even if they don’t have a reference order.
To support this functionality, the return import flow has now been updated to allow Shopify returns to be created even without an order in the OMS. This helps with both new blind returns and returns for historical orders created before HotWax was installed in Shopify.
